What is the purpose of the course and what is it based on?

The CAP Money Course is a free course that will teach you budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based system that works. In just two sessions, you will get to grips with your finances so you can budget, save and prevent debt.

How is the course structured?

The course is delivered over a 2 week period and focuses on these three key points:

How to make a budget and how to make sure you do not spend more money than you have. This is called living with a budget. This is the main part of looking after your money.

The CAP Money system. This splits your money into 3 accounts. This makes it easy to look after your money.

How to live week to week using cash instead of cards.

By using these 3 ideas you will learn how to look after your money and live a full life.

Before you start the course you should try this:

Think how you feel about your money at the moment.

Now think how you would like to feel about your money by the end of the course.
